Where we ship
The Plain Sight ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We may add more markets over time as we grow. If your country isn't on the list, drop us a line — we'd love to know what we're missing.
Local production, local delivery
Our production partner has print hubs across multiple countries. When you place an order, it's routed to the hub closest to your shipping address — so a US order is printed in the US, a UK order in the UK, and so on. The print never crosses an international border to reach you. That means no customs hold-ups, no import duties, no surprise fees at delivery. The print arrives the same way a domestic order would.
The exception is New Zealand: NZ orders are printed at our Australian hub and shipped across the Tasman, but at low retail values your order won't trigger NZ Customs duties.
What it costs
Free shipping worldwide, on every print, every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no shipping fees, no calculated freight, no surprise charges at delivery.
What you see, what we charge
Prices show in your local currency (NZD, USD, GBP, CAD) automatically — based on the live exchange rate from our Australian dollar list price. You're charged in your local currency at checkout.
How it gets to you
Every print is made to order. When you place an order, our production partner makes the print on archival paper (and mounts framed pieces in solid wood). Once it's made, it's dispatched to you with tracking. We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships.
We don't make specific delivery time promises here — production and dispatch times depend on what you ordered (framed takes longer than unframed), where you are, and what's happening with the courier. You'll see an estimated delivery range at checkout, and we'll keep you posted as your order moves through production and dispatch.
What happens if it doesn't arrive
Contact us at theplainsight@hotmail.com. We'll investigate with the courier and, if your order is lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement.
Damaged in transit
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Refund policy for full details.
