These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theplainsight.com.au (the "Site") and your purchase of products from The Plain Sight. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Plain Sight is operated by Aman Manikatalia in Melbourne, Australia. Contact: theplainsight@hotmail.com.
Our products
The Plain Sight sells made-to-order archival giclée prints of public-domain artwork. Every print is produced specifically for you when you order, by our accredited production partner. We don't hold inventory.
Pricing and payment
Our list prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you're shopping from New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada, prices are auto-converted to your local currency (NZD, USD, GBP, CAD) at the live exchange rate, and charged in that currency at checkout. We use Shopify Payments for secure card processing, and offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported. Pricing may change at any time without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the product(s) at the price shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is no longer available, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we'll refund any payment in full.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The artwork itself is in the public domain (CC0 or out of copyright). The brand name "The Plain Sight", the logo, the wandering line mark, the photography, and the written content on this Site are owned by The Plain Sight and may not be reproduced without permission.
Accuracy of information
We try to display every product, price, and description accurately. Errors happen — if a product is mispriced or misdescribed, we reserve the right to correct it before fulfilment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law, The Plain Sight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act, US state-level consumer protections, or Canadian provincial consumer-protection legislation, depending on which applies to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If you're a consumer outside Australia, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
